Our lawyers have broad experience in advising clients on rights issues, initial public offerings, private placements, and tender offers. We have also assisted a number of clients to de-list and “go private” in recent years. Much of our work has a cross-border element to it. We regularly act on behalf of foreign investors seeking to acquire listed Indonesian companies, and have also worked with international counsel in relation to Indonesian company listings on international capital markets such as the New York Stock Exchange.
