Erika has been with AKHH since it was established in 2001 and became partner in 2009. Her practice focuses on general corporate and project transactions, where she advises on matters related to corporate governance and regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and reorganizations, and corporate finance, including investment and capital markets law, as well as on project transactions in the telecommunications, agriculture and forestry, and mining sectors. 

Erika is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and the Association of Capital Market Legal Consultants (HKHPM), and is a licensed capital market lawyer with Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK).
