Erline Herrmann joined Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto in 2018, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in corporate law. Before joining the firm, she practiced with leading corporate law firms in Singapore, London, and Jakarta, where she was involved in numerous high-profile international transactions.
Her core practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, with additional strengths in banking and finance involving Indonesian assets and entities. Erline is experienced in managing complex transactions, strategic acquisitions, and joint venture structures. She advises both foreign investors and Indonesian companies across a wide range of industries. Known for her deep understanding of Indonesia’s intricate regulatory landscape, Erline provides clients with practical, strategic guidance to successfully navigate local legal and compliance challenges.
In addition to her legal practice, Erline plays an active role in the broader business and legal community. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Committee at AmCham Indonesia, where she leads strategic initiatives and supports the development of emerging professionals. She is also a co-founder of the Indonesia Network of IWIRC, an organization dedicated to advancing women in the restructuring and insolvency sectors.
