Hendry Muliana Hendrawan is the Managing Partner of Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto (AKHH) Lawyers and a seasoned litigator and arbitration counsel with over two decades of experience representing leading Indonesian and multinational corporations across diverse sectors, including insurance, aviation, energy, construction, and telecommunications.
He regularly appears before Indonesia’s civil, criminal, commercial, administrative, and industrial relations courts, and has successfully led complex, multi-million-dollar disputes before domestic courts and arbitral tribunals, including the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
Hendry also advises on competition and regulatory matters before the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU), and provides strategic counsel in sensitive corporate investigations involving executives and business entities. He is recognized for his strategic insight, clarity of advocacy, and commercially grounded approach—helping clients manage legal risk, protect business outcomes, and navigate high-stakes disputes with confidence.
He enjoys working closely with in-house legal teams and international counsel to develop dispute strategies that are both legally robust and commercially effective, whether before Indonesian courts or in international arbitral proceedings.
As of 1 October 2025, Hendry has served as the Managing Partner of AKHH Lawyers, leading the firm’s strategic growth, client development, and cross-border collaboration initiatives, while continuing to strengthen AKHH’s reputation as a leading Indonesian firm in dispute resolution and international arbitration.
Hendry has been a partner at AKHH since 2009. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University in 2000 and was admitted to practice in 2002. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) and is fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
